Registration of patients

Registration is necessary prior to the first examination at the National Cancer Institute.

 

Registration: Radiation Oncology Pavilion, ground floor (building to the right of the entrance gate)

Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 15 p.m.

Documents necessary for registration:

  • Valid health insurance card
  • ID card, or other identification document stating the address of residence

 

After the registration:

  • Patient receives a registration card

Attention:

  • It is necessary to report changes of health insurance company, permanent residency or other personal data.

 

PATIENT REGISTRATION CARDS 

As of 4th September 2018, new plastic registration cards are issued to the patients instead of paper registration cards. Upon registration, new patients will be issued plastic registration cards with their data and a barcode. Paper registration cards will be gradually exchanged for plastic registration cards to patients already registered at NCI.

Please request a new registration card at the registration desk in Radiation Oncology Pavilion.
